fish taco tuesday. my mom also sent me to a korean jimjilbang which was amazing. a 2 hour process of hot tubs, and major dead skin scrub and ferocious massage.

my mom and dad. my dad retold the story of being hospitalized for 11 months after being hit by a car and not being able to have children after that (survived korea and vietnam but almost not a car accident). they were surprised when i showed up even though they told me i was purchased at the military base. my dad's family thought my mother cheated for quite sometime till they saw my big ingram forehead.
a game of Balderdash. hot tamales in the nostrils seemed right. at laura's parents' old house (our high school hang out) that is now owned by laura again.

the starlight train gets this close to the coast up to san francisco. so beautiful.
after the first 6 hours the ride feels a little bit long. it's scenic but they make a lot of stops.
